Reservations Policy
A reservation is firm when The CASTLE MATAKANA has confirmed it and details of a current credit (or a 50% deposit) have been received.
Firm reservations will then be held until either the arrival of the guest/s or the receipt of a written cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Please note that if a firm reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be refunded only if we are able to obtain a replacement booking.
Pricing
Standard Pricing is per Room per Night for double occupancy and includes full breakfasts and we offer complimentary hors d'oeuvre with a tasting of a Matakana wine.. Rates are $NZ and include GST.
Credit Crunch "Cruncher" pricing is available for part of the yaear and replaces our regular Luxury B&B Accommodation Room Rates, see packages
We also have an attractive set of packages and seasonal offerings at packages
Dinner is available from $85pp by prior arrangement with a selection of a la carte menus.
Our wine list features Matakana wines. A selection of other wines as well as beers/spirits is also available. BYO charges are $10 per bottle for wine only.
